2008 foreclosure filings continue at 2007 pace

As of 4:30 pm today, the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court online docket showed 2,567 new civil foreclosure cases filed in the first two months of 2008.
The comparable total for January and February 2007 was 2,677.

Geographic identifiers (permanent parcel numbers and/or ZIP codes) are currently listed on the docket for 2,279 of this year’s foreclosure [...]
