2008 foreclosures continue at 2007 pace

Did Cuyahoga County’s foreclosure situation bottom out in 2007?  After suffering more than 25,000 sheriff’s sales since 2000 — nearly 7,000 last year alone — is there any relief in sight for this community in 2008?
