Cuyahoga County foreclosure watch, Obama Week One

Yesterday was the seventh full day of the Obama Administration.  So far the President has taken no public actions to institute the foreclosure moratorium he promised, or to stop foreclosures in any other way.

If the raw number of entries on Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court’s online docket is to be believed, 1,582 civil foreclosure cases were filed in the month of December.  That’s more than in any previous month, ever.
