I’m consistently glad to see that my lender, 5/3, keeps consistently not appearing.

Adam, Fifth Third filed two sheriff’s deeds in the last week — 51 since the beginning of the year. They have four more sheriff’s sales on the list for Monday. I don’t know if this is a normal level of foreclosure activity for one of the county’s bigger conventional lenders, but it’s a loooong way from Deutsche Bank/Wells Fargo territory.
