Other big subprime lenders named as lead parties in foreclosures scheduled for today include: US Bank (18 cases), Washington Mutual (13), Bank of New York (12), Citibank and subsidiaries (9), HSBC Bank (7), Lasalle Bank (6).
And: This morning the Cuyahoga County Auditor’s online database shows Deutsche Bank as the owner of 801 properties countywide, including 522 in the city of Cleveland. Wells Fargo is shown as the owner of 568 properties countywide, including 352 in Cleveland.
