The foreclosure crisis and HUD
In a comment on my last post, Gloria Ferris raised a really good question about the large number of foreclosed homes going to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This prompted me to dig a little deeper… see my reply comment.
HUD has acquired 630 Cuyahoga County homes through sheriff’s deeds in 2007.
