Local foreclosure filings up again in third quarter
From the quarterly numbers listed for the city of Cleveland in my post yesterday, you might reasonably infer (or hope, anyway) that local foreclosure filings peaked earlier this year and have now somewhat settled down. I think Lou Tisler was warning against any such optimism in his comment: “Wait until the next survey. MBA will be able to say that it is again, the highest they have ever seen.”
